This workshop is designed to help participants identify the sources of musculoskeletal (MSK) issues and develop the necessary skills to address the channel sinew system within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The channel sinews refer to the tendons, muscles, joints, and connective tissues (including the fascia). Understanding the role and pathologies of the channel sinews is essential for pain relief and the treatment of MSK injuries. James has researched the channel sinews for over five years and successfully applied this knowledge in clinical practice, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and chronic pain conditions.
