Cancellation Policy

​Please note we have a minimum 48-hour advance notice cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please log into your account, or visit the members' area on the booking page, to reschedule or to cancel your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment today, you may do so free of charge.  If you cancel your appointment today, you will receive a refund.  If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
