*PLEASE NOTE: You can only book a Follow-Up Appointment if you have already been in our Student Clinic this 2023-24 academic year. If you have not been in our Student Clinic in this 2023-24 academic year, please book a New Patient Appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we have a minimum 24-hour advance cancellation policy. If you book an appointment, and you find that you are unable to attend, please email us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, or if you are a ‘No-show’ for your appointment, please be aware that you will be charged the full amount as a cancellation charge.
